Our client, a leading international group with around $30 billion in revenue per year and over 100,000 employees, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join one of their key manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands.
You will be working in a diverse team and look at solving problems and improving processes across their production and warehouse facilities.
From day one you will work on developing and applying key and effective process improvement perspectives such as tier management, Value Stream Analysis and Zero Loss initiatives.
You will work closely with your colleagues to steer them through the implementation process automation and digitalization by applying data analysis and implementing data visualization.
You will also lead and implement improvement projects and workshops across the business to ensure high continuous improvement standards are delivered.
In order to apply for the role it is likely you have had strong experience in similar roles in a manufacturing environment. Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent (eg Kaizen) knowledge as well as experience developing and visualizing data-based performance management structures is highly regarded.
Equally you should be a candidate who has a demonstrable track record in change/transformation and excellent project management skills.
