As a major manufacturer of technically advanced products your role will be focused on supporting a varied customer base to deliver safe and reliable customer service and product oriented technical support.
You will be active in responding to inquiries from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, specifications etc.
On a daily basis you will be in charge of effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues and answering questions ensuring support and solutions provided are aligned with Department and Standard Operating Procedures.
In order to succeed in this role it is likely you have had some customer service or support experience in a contact centre, office or helpdesk environment or relevant work experience in client management.
Due to the varied geographic spread of the group's customers you will need to speak fluent German.
