This dynamic internationally specialized production group is looking for a talented and energetic financial analyst to join their FP&A team in Prague.
Working closely with the head of FP&A, the CFO and also other Senior Managers, including the CEO, you will work on a wide ranging number of tasks related to financial planning and analysis – including company reporting, forecasting, budgeting & strategic reporting processes.
You will also work closely on business partnering for the leadership team across the whole organization, focusing on helping the business to meet the financial goals in key financial areas such as Ebitda, revenue, margins, profit & cash flow etc.
On a monthly basis you will undertake and oversee internationally key areas such as orders, revenues details and KPI’s. You will take ownership of the monthly P&L Forecasting process, overseeing monthly analysis and providing corrective actions as well as taking ownership of the bi-monthly sales forecast process.
Your role will be focused on contributing to the overall budget process, as well as supporting the FP&A Head and the CFO on the overall finance aspects of strategic planning.
Aside from this your role will also be working on improving the processes & reporting improvements over systems and reporting processes.
Above all you will be working closely with the senior leadership team on budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting and coordinating of variance analysis, being able to interpret of the regional, corporate and consolidated reporting at group level – so we need an excellent communicator who can deliver the financial message to the commercial sides of the business across their worldwide subsidiaries.
We are looking for candidates with around 3-5 years of experience working in financial analysis, FP&A or controlling within a multinational commercial group.
IFRS or US GAAP knowledge is a plus, finance processes optimization experience is needed as well as an ability to get behind the numbers and articulate clear analysis of financial data.
Fluent English is required.
