Senior Internal Auditor

Our client, a leading Fortune 500 Group with $30 billion in revenue per year and almost 100,000 employees, is looking for a skilled auditor to help undertake audit missions across the Americas region including South America and Canada .

The role is based in Mexico City with around 20% travel.  

In your role, you will oversee audits across the region, overseeing audit missions covering  risk assessment activities related to operational & financial reporting risks. You will be responsible for managing the onsite audits and responsible for effectively communicating (both in writing and orally) the audit conclusions to local management and following up on the reported findings.

You will also undertake a variety of special tasks such as post acquisition reviews and divestiture as the group is very dynamic and acquisitive.
                                                                       
It is likely you will have around 6-7 years working in an audit role – perhaps as a Supervisor or Manager within the big 4 or working in a comparable role within internal audit in a corporation. After working for 3 years it is expected that you will then move forward into a senior level finance or operational role – the job suits a career minded individual as previous auditors have had a good record of moving into the business.
