Senior Manager Internal Audit

Our client, a leading Fortune 500 Group with $30 billion in revenue per year and almost 100,000 employees, is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their Corporate Audit team that oversees audit missions across the Americas region including South America and Canada .

The role is based in Mexico City.  

In your role, you will  be focused on  motivating, developing and actively coaching the audit team members in their personal and professional development. You will be overseeing the audits, leading the strategy of the department and  communicating the project results to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

You will also act as the main point of contact on all internal audit and process matters for the operational management around the region. As part of your work you will focus on the Audit Plan Development as well as strategic project portfolio management: resource planning, project prioritization and overall cross-functional project alignment.

In order to apply it is likely you have around 10-12 years’ experience gained in audit either from a big 4 (external audit or risk assurance) or be working in a managerial role already within industry – ideally from another multinational corporation.

Strong management experience is essential for this role.
