Our client, a leading international group with around 100,000 employees, is looking for a Logistics Expert who can oversee continuous improvement of their warehouse and EMEA distribution center.
This role will act as internal consultant to help grow the effectiveness of the group warehouse operations. You will focus on process improvement in warehouse design and logistics processes. This will involve developing and implementing solutions in the field of mechanization and automation.
Your role will be focused on conducting regular evaluation reviews to assess the current warehouse processes and delivering on strategies to improve warehouse effectiveness and efficiency. You will be managing project improvement initiatives with a particular focus on improving automation.
In order to apply for the role candidates should have significant experience in working in the distribution/ logistics field and ideally have experience overseeing warehouse processes, especially in redesign and optimization.
Candidates should ideally have experience within improving automation and be able to work on internal consulting projects in order to help grow the warehouse operations effectively .
Candidates should have excellent LEAN project management experience, experience in mechanization and automation as well as experience in driving and managing change within a large multinational group.
